We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Water Utility Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible to own the end-to-end execution of the local marketing plan in the country/countries assigned according to group playbooks, regional marketing plan and best practices. You will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Director (direct manager), Market Development Manager, Sales managers, Sales Engineers, and Regional Product Managers. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, Water Utility Americas and will operate daily out of the Brookshire, Texas facility. The selected candidate will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and execute the local marketing plan (incl. media) in cooperation and agreement with Regional Marketing Deployment Manager and local sales management

Implement and adapt marketing campaigns/programs that fit in with the local market’s needs in agreement with local sales management

Coordinate local marketing budget

Execute local communication + PR activities with support from Regional Marketing Deployment Manager

Arrange and coordinate end-to-end events, trainings and exhibitions on a local level, including media coverage and follow-up

Target emailing

Execute target group surveys

Manage and coordinate the tasks and deliverables of local agencies

Support sales with required materials and event arrangements

Maintain the local Sales Engineer binder

Develop or adapt PR content & marketing materials  with support from regional Application and Product specialists

Maintain local web platforms

Build up standard forms in AEM

Develop and translate local materials

Support WU partners with marketing materials and required information

Customer loyalty programs and communities support

Coordinate customer Reference visits and factory trips

Other Marketing and respective support needs

REQUIREMENTS:

B.Sc /M.Sc.in marketing/social science or another with additional marketing courses

Marketing experience

2 + years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education

2 + years of experience in branding, integrated marketing campaign in leading MNC

Technical, functional and professional

Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Marketing and Sales Development

Understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Sales and Communication areas

Super User of ACS, CRM, MS Office

Marketo and AEM experience is preferred

Industry, market, and business environment experience

Experience driving developed processes within Sales and Communication

Ability to lead processes or projects

Fluent in English
