DM Clinical Research, the largest privately-owned clinical research organization in the Houston area and one of the top fifty sites in the country, is seeking to hire a temporary Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be detail oriented and organized, and will work well both independently and in collaborative scenarios. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide general support to our Marketing Department

Assist with requests for marketing materials and promotional products

Provide administrative support such as answering patient emails, assisting other resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events, and other similar activities for the Marketing Department

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: note taking, printing, binding, faxing, mailing and filing

Comfortable driving to different sites to ensure all promotional material and marketing needs are being met

Assist in special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications)

Experience in a similar position is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem solving skills

Ability to manage time, work independently and complete tasks under time pressure when necessary

Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus; Canva, Social Media tools knowledge is also a plus

Able to travel occasionally for events

Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
