To have fun and be successful in this role, you need to be highly detailed, analytical, swoon over data and have more than a touch of creativity with the ability to think outside of the box—trust us, you’ll be creatively dreaming about data! You’ll be a key player on our team ensuring smooth digital campaign launches to get qualified/scored leads along with greater online visibility and make recommendations to improve campaign performance based on analysis of campaign results.

Sulzer wants to transition from descriptive analytics-based marketing to predictive- and/or prescriptive-based marketing. We need a guru to help move us to a digital marketing strategy that is best-in-class and audience-centric. While your daily tasks will require diligence and focus—there is also a creative part of the job and many opportunities to have your brain picked for input into digital marketing strategy and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop digital marketing strategies and deliver promotional marketing messages to target audiences online with the intent of generating traffic, visibility and qualified/scored leads for sales

Strategize with the Marcom Manager, plan, develop, implement, monitor, measure and analyze digital marketing strategies to promote products and services online (e.g., marketing/social automation, email, webinar, search engine, social media, display/digital/mobile advertising, etc.)

Analyze online traffic/lead analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance

Identify online marketing and buying trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance

Oversee development of digital content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

B.A in Digital Marketing or Marketing Data Analysis from an accredited college or university – M.A. and/or digital marketing certification is preferred

Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising and PR

Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy

Minimum 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative market, customer and data analysis

Proficient as a digital marketing data collection, analyzation, customer profiling, dashboards, etc.

Proficient in marketing automation platforms, campaign logic and workflows – HubSpot, Callidus Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot is preferred

Proficient in social automation platforms – Spredfast, Hootsuite, Gaggle Amp, etc.

Proficient in customer relationship management platforms

Proficient in other digital platforms – Mail Chimp, Cvent, Taggbox, etc.

Proficient in search engine and web optimization, SEM, paid search, retargeting, tracking, Google analytics, Google Doubleclick, Google AdWords, PPC, dashboards, etc.

Proficient on all social channels – YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.

Proficient in latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, SharePoint – Sitecore and SAP is preferred
