Marketing Director/Account Supervisor [JRP-02092]

Statistical Vision is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Director/Account Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing programs for a variety of clients, as well as helping with the marketing of our firm. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, highly driven and intellectually curious marketer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the two founders, as well as in-house and external subject matter experts in a variety of disciplines, from creative to scientific to highly technical.


Day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contacts for multiple accounts

Determines project requirements with clients, including costs & timeline

Develops and presents estimates and SOW’s to clients for approval

Negotiates with clients and team members concerning project details, schedules and deadlines

Helps create and maintain reporting across various platforms

Stays up to date on industry trends and technologies, as well as our client industries.

Continually evaluates the marketing landscape to identify new opportunities to drive growth of the client’s business

Is familiar with the client products, business culture, competition, and targets

Consistently shows initiative in ensuring a high level of service for our clients

Collaborates in developing new and innovative growth strategies

Conducts industry and client research, both primary and secondary


BS in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field; Masters or MBA is a possible plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience; Client-side marketing & communications as well as advertising or public relations agency experience working on B2B and/or B2C accounts would be relevant background for this position.

Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Understands the components of integrated marketing strategies and applies them in making decisions; previous experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns; Experience in SEM/Paid Search, Social Media, Display/Digital media is a plus

Proficiency with the entire MS Office suite, as well as web applications a must. Familiarity with any of the following a strong plus: Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, HTML, project management software tools and graphic design software such as InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with social media plans and using social media to drive lead generation

Exceptional writing and communication skills in a variety of styles and mediums; exceptional oral communication and presentation skills

Smart, enthusiastic and curious – someone who is proactive and creative

Wants to collaborate with a seasoned team – works well alone and brings ideas to the table

Is accountable – ultimately will be measured on results, and wants to be rewarded accordingly
