Sthree is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Director. In this role, you will be tightly tied to key senior leaders to optimize the sales and marketing relationship. You will be an efficient and agile marketer, with strong public speaking and 4+ years of management experience and 2+ years of experience within staffing or a similar industry managing all aspects of campaign execution. In addition, you will have a strong digital knowledge and the ability to understand and influence the Company’s target audience(s) on search engines, social media, and mobile platforms. The selected candidate will have a recommendation from a former executive leader they served that expresses the impact of their contributions that drove ROI and/or improved a business process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute campaigns across all marketing mediums, including: print, email, web sites, social media, advertising, and events

Lead in the development of annual marketing campaigns

Manage a yearly marketing budget

Conduct high-level industry and competitive research on a consistent basis to ensure we are proactive in understanding our competitive position and implement effective marketing campaigns

Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market services

Develop and implement content for web sites; this includes the core brand sites as well as social media platforms

Assist with the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing specialists and oversee their daily activities

Experience in rebranding, digital systems overhauls, and digital transformation is a major plus

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

In conjunction with the Events Manager, assists in coordinating all national level events, including annual management and leadership meetings, client conferences and incentive trips

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Advertising or the equivalent

A minimum of 8 years in a multi-faceted marketing role, including advertising, brand management, and/or digital marketing

Proven leadership and management skills

Creative and copy writing skills and experience

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

Experience with in-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools

Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills

Advanced project management skills

Process & detail oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, dead-line driven environment
