Marketing Manager [JRP-01261]

BB’s Tex-Orleans is a Houston authentic Cajun restaurant and New Orleans-themed café with a unique Texas twist. Featuring selections inspired by Cajun food, our cuisine is what we like to call Tex-Orleans.

We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will manage and help lead the process of implementing the marketing strategy for BB’s Tex-Orleans. In addition, you will manage all social media accounts and all advertising campaigns. You will ensure marketing materials are consistently visible and available accurate and on time. The selected candidate will manage reputation management on major social and digital networks. You will work with each store to provide timely print needs and in-store point of sale. The salary range for this role is $55-$65K plus benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading the charge in executing all marketing programs – including TV, Radio, newspaper, direct mail, email, collateral, digital, social, Local Store Marketing and website

Manage reputation management for all locations critical review sites (respond to the customer in timely manner to regain loyalty of potentially lost customers)

Work with Founder and CEO, Chief Brand Officer, Director of Operations, District Manager and store level management teams in each market to establish relationships in the community that can deliver company goals

Work effectively with operations to fully review and develop all action plans related to quarterly promotions to ensure all aspects of the promotion are executed fully and successfully

Work with company graphic design firm and agencies to manage creative process through final implementation, including production, photo-shoots for TV and print

Execution of all promotions using various combined media outlets

Negotiate all potential media outlets to enhance value-added opportunities while controlling costs

Create, implement and review analytics of all paid advertising to closely monitors its impact to sales

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to perform all of the above job duties and be able to accommodate last minute changes that will arise

3 years of restaurant marketing experience

High level of knowledge of Facebook Advertising

Basic knowledge of media buying, print, broadcast (TV, Radio & Cable), digital, outdoor, transit, social media and direct mail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications Marketing or related field

Strong customer orientation

Strong research and financial skills

Flexibility and ability to provide last minute un-planned needs

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Excellent written, interpersonal and communications skills including presentations
