Marketing Manager [JRP-01265]

Ambyint is a rapidly growing, privately held artificial intelligence (AI) company that optimizes producing assets at scale for engineering and operations teams within the oil and gas industry. As a result of a recent VC funding round and because of the exciting opportunity that AI offers to the O&G industry, the company is gearing up for accelerated growth.

We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager that will report to the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Ambyint. his is a new role and only the second headcount in marketing. Therefore, we’re looking for a marketing ninja who will help us get positioned for the many opportunities that lie ahead and who wants to grow with the organization. In this role, you will own marketing activities for Ambyint products with direct responsibility for driving marketing programs and pipeline success. As such, the selected candidate needs to be a self-starter who is very energetic and well organized. You must be able to think strategically but execute tactically. In addition, you must communicate well both in written form and orally and be data-driven in order to drive demand in an increasingly digital world. You will understand how to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels with a clear understanding that success means an increase in the sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline opportunities

Support product launch and go-to-market strategies

Provide marketing communications support for North American markets

Provide expertise to, and own campaign results, analytics, and follow-up activities with the goal of improving corporate growth

Develop and execute digital/social media strategies to support campaign activities

Create relevant and differentiated marketing content; including but not limited to white papers, emails, web content, webinar presentations, and event abstracts

Ensure proper application of the corporate brand

Leverage the company marketing technology stack for all marketing activities

Perform budgeting and cost control activities on campaigns

Perform other duties and/or projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or English

Three plus years of experience in B2B marketing programs or marketing communications

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Highly creative, goal-oriented approach

Decision-making based on established marketing metrics and best practices

Familiar with modern marketing technology stack solutions such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, or Eloqua

Experience with one of the top CRM solutions such as Salesforce

Experience driving and measuring the impact of digital campaigns

Experience in enterprise software marketing is a plus

Experience working in the upstream energy sector is a plus

Graphic design skills/talent is strongly desired

Able to travel occasionally
