Legacy Community Health, the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Southeast, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our innovative and passionate team of marketers. The selected candidate will report to the VP, Marketing and support the ongoing development and implementation of Legacy’s marketing department efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to the VP of Marketing and Marketing Team

Manage marketing projects as assigned

Organize and coordinate brand management initiatives at every level of the organization

Develop, prepare and distribute information packets/marketing materials

Provide assistance in developing and coordinating company marketing materials for presentations, company website and public displays

Generate marketing reports, track invoices and budgets, and provide monthly/annual budget management and reconciliation

Assist in the development/management of print and web collateral materials (handouts, brochures, etc.) updated through brand identity requirements

Develop creative ways to promote the company sites and service lines, and contribute ideas to the creation of new marketing materials and campaigns; manage specific projects as assigned

Aid in the creation, coordination, and distribution of newsletters, providing editorial and production design services as needed  

Manage the Marketing Planning Document, Editorial Calendar and Project Tracker, ensuring that they are up to date on a weekly basis
