Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Program Manager to help take MCFA’s marketing to the next level. In this role, you will use your strong marketing communications background and project management skills to lead, plan and execute marketing communications programs and campaigns to drive interest and leads for MCFA’s brands and products.

The Marketing Program Manager should be an energetic, creative, and strategic thinker who will champion marketing communications that breakthrough the clutter and build brand equity with customers. The selected candidate will have proven experience leading large projects across a broad range of marketing and communications functions, including trade shows, social media, public relations/advertising, sales lead management and digital/traditional marketing campaigns. The role also leads the marketing communications planning and implementation for new product launches with a key focus on creation of compelling marketing content.


Develop and execute marketing communications plans for new product launches (includes planning to launch of new materials and photography assets)

Define and execute content strategy for public relations, social media, campaigns and tradeshows

Oversee MCFA’s sales lead management process, including supplier management of incoming/outbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service

Drive marketing campaign calendar to connect content and cadence of the business, including PR, social marketing, webinars, events and more

Develop and set recurring process for capturing key company moments to humanize MCFA and our brands

Oversee the creative design workflow, building operational processes and driving successful creative delivery of collateral, infographics, social content and other creative requests

Source and oversee a wide-range of suppliers, including photographers, translations and print suppliers, and oversee proofing of final collateral

Manage MCFA’s dealer communications, including creation and distribution of a bi-monthly newsletter and special announcements

Track and report on key metrics to further drive dealer engagement and evolve communications approach

Manage and develop two direct reports, including a Sr. Graphic Designer and Marketing Communications Specialist

Forecast and reconcile budget

Proven experience with project planning and execution for marketing and communications campaigns and projects

Experience managing successful social media campaigns across LinkedIn

Previous experience coordinating large-scale events and trade shows

Minimum of 7 years of Marketing or Communications experience

3 years of management experience, overseeing direct reports

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or related field

Experience with email marketing and web content management systems

Experience with Sales lead management through Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Experience with 3D imagery supplier management and new product launch processes is a plus
