We are seeking to hire a Marketing Program Manager to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be an experienced marketing professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing marketing campaigns, and takes initiative to support our company goals.


Develop and implement demand and lead-generating programs to influence growth throughout the buyer journey and customer life cycles.

Create a bottom-up plan of demand generation activities (in partnership with sales) to capture market awareness and meet top-down revenue targets.

Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and identify opportunities to drive conversion, new software adoption, cross-sell and retention.

Support a variety of sales initiatives, product releases and company announcements with targeted campaigns for prospect acquisition and/or customer retention.

Drive top-of-funnel lead volume across multiple platforms with high-value content and influence pathways to conversion.

Create custom, channel-specific content to distribute programs across a variety of platforms including website, PPC, SEO, digital display (Google AdWords), affiliates, email marketing and social media platforms and events.

Develop an end-to-end lead nurturing program by coordinating production of content offers, to acquire top-of-funnel prospects and advance them through conversion.

Improve conversion of inbound traffic by implementing support mechanisms (i.e., repositioning content to improve the conversion rate on high traffic website pages; implementing live chat to field questions, etc.)

Measure campaign metrics and implement recommended changes to support campaign and business goals.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create an integrated and optimized workflow of the sales process.

Create an architecture of the lead life-cycle to define levels of priority, assign lead scores and categorize MQL and SQL, in collaboration with other key contributors.

Map points of engagement at varying phases of the demand funnel and recommend the appropriate fulfillment and response requirements.


3+ years of demand generation and digital marketing experience

Executing Demand Generation for a SAAS organization

eDiscovery experience is a plus
