Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.  

We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and talented Marketing Representative. In this role, you will achieve the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated market(s). RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute effective targeting and territory management

Implement effective use of the selling process with existing and prospective referral sources

Develop and implement a strategic selling plan

Participate in ongoing self-study training of product knowledge and competitive offerings

Actively support the hospital’s ongoing referral communication and development program

Support public relations efforts carried out on the behalf of the facility

Support facility customer service standards and maintains positive working relationships both externally and internally

Support the financial goals of the department and the hospital

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of two (2) years of college

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

Minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

Experience in event coordination, marketing communication management, business development and public relations

Current driver’s license (Current Automobile Liability Insurance)
