Certified Group is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Research Analyst that enjoys uncovering the “why” behind consumer needs and marketplace dynamics.  In this role, you will support the Marketing department through a variety of custom research efforts across a range of departments. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct competitive research on an ongoing basis and report monthly

Support and initiate a variety of custom primary research studies, including questionnaire design, focus group operations managements, analysis of survey results, and managing/directing outside research suppliers

Address research needs of commercial, marketing, and product management teams to guide data-informed decision-making across the company

Analyze and prepare research results, translating research data (e.g. survey results) and qualitative insights into presentations and narratives that various teams can both understand and act upon.

Manage the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation through CRM systems

Pull monthly sales, customer experience and marketing reports from CRM systems

Analyze monthly reports and optimize to provide best in class results

Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.

Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience in consumer/market research, reporting and insights in B2B environment

Coordinated or led the analysis, design, and/or presentation of custom research

Quantitative skills and analytical mind, who enjoys uncovering insights and stories within data related to industry

Experience with survey software packages (e.g. Qualtrics, Alchemer) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams

Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills

Dedicated team player with high moral standards and strong work ethic

Able to work in a remote role with occasional travel up to 10%
