Hexagon’s PPM division is seeking an intelligent and proactive Marketing Specialist – Enterprise Project Performance (EPP) Program Lead to help drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives for Hexagon PPM. The candidate who fills this newly created position will become a critical member of the in-house marketing team, helping to grow our North America customer base. Develop and lead integrated marketing programs and campaigns to build product awareness for EPP solutions, generate quality sales leads and drive revenue growth

Work closely with Executive Team, Sales, Business Development, SDR Team and Product Managers to effectively market and increase demand for EPP

Set program/campaign goals, define metrics/budget, track results and report outcomes to the EPP Global Marketing team, North America Regional Marketing team and other internal stakeholders

Manage marketing communications with regional marketing and global marketing as well as other divisions. Communication includes sales deliverables, media and analyst relations and web/digital marketing ensuring GDPR compliance

Be Solely responsible for North America EPP event program including strategy, logistics and campaigns

Assist regional executives, business development staff and others with other marketing-related activities, including presentations, whitepapers/articles and webinars/seminars

Support of EPP design requirements, including flyers, agendas, ads, etc. consistent with the corporate identity and alignment with local Sales on actions, planning, and execution on activities that need you need to participate in or need to support; events, user group conferences, webinars, customer tech days, nurture campaigns, etc.

Drive advertising initiatives inclusive of digital (e.g. SEM, CPC, programmatic, display, etc.), traditional/print media, media research, and design needs.

Measurement and reporting of marketing performance through analytics and key metrics

Conduct competitive/Industry research and tracking

Stay up to date with marketing trends and potential new channels/strategies


Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

5-7 years of relevant work experience in B2B Marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B enterprise software or other high-tech industries

Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience with website management and content management systems

Technically savvy and adept with social media, content management systems, SEO and keyword strategy, marketing automation, email marketing and landing page creation. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Experience with key vertical industries (engineering & construction, energy & utilities, oil & gas, government contractors, project controls) a plus

Extensive knowledge of business communications principals and best practices, including marketing campaigns, marketing writing, media and analyst relations, metrics tracking, industry research and Web/digital marketing techniques

Experience in working with senior-level management, both internally and externally.

Project management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balance workload, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail

Experienced at budget management and cost controls

Responsible, flexible and customer oriented; a pro-active and positive attitude is needed

Ability to work independently, but also cooperate with others to defined deadlines in a flexible multidiscipline with the capability to operate both strategically and tactically

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as graphic design; Sitecore experience a plus. Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop and social media channels

Ability to travel multiple times per year
