Christian Brothers Automotive, one of the nation’s leading automotive service and repair franchise systems, is looking for an energetic marketing professional to support the success of our growing number of franchisees across the country. This position will be located in our company’s headquarters based on the west side of Houston. We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will support Christian Brothers’ franchisees in various markets by providing current best practices, consultation and assistance with marketing, advertising and promotional activities. You will be on the phone building and maintaining relationships with our franchisees. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, positive person with energy, enthusiasm and integrity, who can work in a fast paced environment.


Train new and existing franchisees on local marketing best practices, including digital marketing, direct mail, PR, grassroots, email marketing, etc.

Keep franchisees informed on preferred marketing vendors, national promotions and marketing resources available

Provide general marketing consultation, including reviewing potential media purchases, vetting local advertising opportunities, reviewing tracking data, and making promotion recommendations

Support advertising campaigns at the market level for regional co-op groups when necessary


3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related role for a business-to-consumer (or retail) organization

Solid understanding of general marketing best practices including traditional advertising media, digital marketing, direct mail, and grassroots marketing

Friendly and energetic demeanor, loves people and a relationship builder

Strong phone communication and listening skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Upbeat, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team

Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be customer service oriented

PPC/Google AdWords management is a plus

Facebook advertising is a plus

Advertising agency account management experience is a plus

Formal secondary education in Marketing is a plus

Able to travel occasionally
