Our Practice Marketing team is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist to execute strategies that drive awareness of community-based oncology practices in their local markets. With a focus on digital marketing activities, you’ll help practices in The US Oncology Network grow their patient base. You possess patient-facing marketing experience combined with proven abilities to thoughtfully execute email, web, social media and other programs that bring patients to a physician practice. You will have expertise in collaboration, possesses very strong attention to detail and proactive project management abilities. The selected candidate will report to the Sr. Manager, Practice Marketing and function in a fast-paced environment within a highly matrixed organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business success

Experience within healthcare preferred, experience with specialty physician markets and or specialty pharmaceuticals strongly preferred

Client service experiences from a marketing agency is a plus

Proven track record of exceptional project and time management skills in a matrixed organization

Demonstrated strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills

Experience with maintaining websites using a content management system, preferably Drupal

Experience working in keyword research tools such as BrightEdge, SEMRush, MOZ

1-2 years of SEO and Google Analytics experience is preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Marketo is desired

Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the confidence and polish to routinely interact with an executive level audience and influence others

Experience successfully managing high-visibility, high-priority projects in a complex, matrixed organization

Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment, constantly striving for excellence

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive project management ability

Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Proficient in Microsoft Office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

Able to travel up to 15% of the time when requested
