Acclaim Energy is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will effectively coordinate and manage responsibilities in the US Market. This includes tracking and analyzing the performance of social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity, and editing properly. The selected candidate will have hands-on experience with web analytics tools, social media, possess excellent writing capabilities, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing strategies and tactics. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand and sales channel through a wide range of online and offline initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified inbound traffic (website/events/webinars)

Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis

Produce and edit valuable and engaging content for our website and blogs that attracts and converts our target audiences

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

Prepare and monitor KPI’s for the department on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Coordinate and manage marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Analyze market trends and adjust email, advertising, webinars, and social media campaigns accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) management

Experience in basic campaign optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft applications

Good Excel skills (you understand how to tell stories with data)

Thrive on collaboration (you can support your team across multiple projects and thrive in an inclusive, “all-in” culture)

Effective communicator, whether it’s in person, virtually, or across emails/IMs/etc.

Critical thinker (you like to take ownership of your projects, advocate for your clients, and challenge the status quo)

Demonstrable experience in collaborative marketing with an eagerness to learn

Proven experience in creatively devising and leading cross channel marketing campaigns that brand, differentiate, engage, and drive leads

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and use of CRM (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, CRM)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements (SEO)

Minimum 3-4 years in Marketing/social media

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Knowledge of Spanish language preferred, but not mandatory
