We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist who’ll provide strategic and practical recommendations to boost our clients’ marketing efforts. You’ll help develop marketing strategies and organize and oversee the implementation of these strategies. The selected candidate will be a strategic thinker and knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities. You will be customer-facing and interact with many of our partners, so you must be an excellent communicator, have lots of enthusiasm, and be ready to make a difference. In addition, you should be ready for hands-on marketing implementation, not afraid to get your hands dirty at the benefit of the client and the business. The goal is to ensure that our clients grow revenue and meet or exceed their marketing and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study our client’s company profile and operations to understand their marketing needs

Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities

Help develop and implement a marketing strategy according to our client’s objectives and budget

Prepare or review detailed proposals and marketing plans

Advise on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing efforts

Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools

Liaise with our clients and external vendors

Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas

Engage in desk research, and present findings clearly while providing expert-level analysis

Assist in writing strategic playbooks for our clients

Write short marketing copy for our client’s websites, email marketing and social media when needed

Build campaigns in a variety of marketing automation platforms, monitoring and recapping those campaigns for clients

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a marketing consultant, marketing manager or similar role

Knowledge of data analysis and market research

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

Comfortable working in Hubspot, MailChimp, Pardot, Sprout Social or other social media, email marketing or marketing automation platforms

Ability to think strategically and analytically

Apt in writing proposals and reports

Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

Outstanding organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Aptitude in problem-solving

Strong attention to detail

Ability to coordinate with outside vendors and partners

Editing and proofreading

BSc/BA in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
