We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Technology Specialist. In this role, you will be at the hub of TEAM’s lead generation efforts and will make a direct contribution to growth. You will be responsible for the marketing automation system, Pardot, and you will also be responsible for lead routing from Pardot to Salesforce, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. In addition, you will be required to work across multiple areas of marketing operations and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, operational team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety and quality standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern

Adheres to and is a champion of TEAM’s Core Values

Day-to-day management of Pardot including: automations, drip/nurture programs, campaigns, prospects, reporting, integrations (and connectors), users, engagement, inbound/outbound notifications, monitoring, day-to-day functions and upkeep of platform components

Execute email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation and management database segmentation

Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign management (email, landing pages, forms, etc.)

Build Pardot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/asset/email results and measure effectiveness

Partner closely with your counterpart in Salesforce Operations to ensure a positive user experience and sales transition for prospects

Consistently monitor and maintain data quality in Pardot and in Excel lead lists

Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.

Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve Pardot performance

Other marketing responsibilities, which can include but are not limited to event organization, content writing, and others as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred

5-8 years of hand-on experience with Pardot is preferred

Pardot Certification is preferred

5-8 years of experience with Salesforce is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience creating multi-channel campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Creative thinker, who is an assertive problem solver with an analytical mind

Ability to think and communicate strategically and work cross functionally

Highly self-motivated contributor who works well on a small, cohesive team and completes projects independently
