Alert Logic is currently seeking to hire a high-energy, high-performance creative and smart Partner Marketing Operations Specialist to join our partner marketing team at a time of rapid channel growth for Alert Logic. In this role, you will be integral to the sales and marketing team, helping deliver a seamless partner experience to accelerate revenues and customer acquisition in a scalable, repeatable way.


Support and deliver partner program marketing playbook: determine ideal partner profiles, value propositions, relevant messaging, content and packaging to accelerate acquiring new partners into the program, supporting existing partners, and accelerating channel revenues

Deliver a world-class partner experience through the ownership and management of the Partner Resource Centre (PRC) – including defining and delivering the PRC functional roadmap development & execution, partner data management, workflow automation, content and program deliverables; manage release updates with channel operations and internal IT service teams

Own and execute content management plan, and messaging for enhanced partner experience – to include self-service learnings (product, market), certification criteria, program updates (presentations, guides, FAQs), product launch materials etc.), technical and sales training, lunch n learn templates, scorecards, planning templates, and develop and host channel communication webinars.

Work with channel operations team to ensure partner data accuracy and workflows, contracts/agreements, and operational governance around the program, promotional offers and incentives; build data lists for partner acquisition targets

Support and execute programs to grow our partner ecosystem. Work with partner marketing manager to create targeted digital and email campaigns to drive partner inquiries

Alongside Channel Operations, build & maintain a scalable partner application process and internal workflows (via PRC and SFDC), including self-service processes for referral partners and two-tier channel (distribution, agents)

Build partner acquisition email nurture program (copy, content, data) collaborate with Marketing Automation team to program and execute automated communications and workflows

Regularly update the content, and monitor performance and new partner applications received

Use OTY generation and channel performance data to recommend and develop incentives and promotions to drive growth: including financial planning, documentation, internal sign off and cost/revenue ROI analysis, campaign management in, promotion of the incentives, governance and payout management

Measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of the partner program, including partner recruitment, partner sales, and technical certifications and program benefit (MDF, Rebates, etc. ) ROI.
Proactively solicit feedback from partners and channel managers on the effectiveness of partner programs, campaigns, and content, and provide a continuous improvement lifecycle for updates and learnings


3+ years of experience in the technology industry, ideally security, SaaS or Cloud

Understanding of channel models and partner environments, and demonstrable experience of managing partner portals and partner communications an advantage

Strong sense of initiative and ownership – outcome oriented, with high attention to detail and operational excellence essential

Excellent project management skills required – ideally within channel or sales operations

Strong communicator with experience in crafting content for web, email, presentations, webcasts etc.

Demonstrated track record of implementing successful cross-functional programs, including the development of business process and system solutions

Understands the importance of financial and regulatory rules around Rebate programs, Discounts, MDF and Deal Registration.

Previous experience of marketing automation tools such as Marketo is desirable

International experience and ability to drive global initiatives and buy-in from all regional stakeholders is desirable
