We are currently seeking to hire an Associate Product Manager to join the product management team and help us achieve our global growth targets. In this role, you will collaborate with the technology team, and create innovative products and services that shape the future of the company. Your role will be critical in enabling us to win through strong products with crisp value propositions that will enable us to achieve our strategic growth objectives and outperform competition. You will also have an opportunity to help accelerate the global adoption of our products, both SaaS and ‘do it for me. You will be laser focused on understanding user needs and translating these needs into winning products backed by outstanding value propositions. Strong collaboration across internal stakeholders and customers will enable your success. You’ll work with our marketing, sales and engineering teams, clients, industry experts, partners, and operational stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition and delivery of new differentiated capabilities.

The selected candidate must have strong product management experience, proven communication skills, demonstrated creative and analytic problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset. We are looking for someone who is excited to assist with current products and take on new, ambitious projects that will deliver innovation to our customers.


Capable of translating customer input, market needs and technology trends to create winning strategies and products

Curiosity about customers and ability to utilize market research techniques to gain voice of customer insights that drive enhancements and innovates products and services

Relationship building that builds trust with internal resources, customers and channel partners

Capable of independently managing the product life-cycle to create growth and deliver profitability

Capable of influencing and partnering with software engineers to create new product and service offerings

Able to clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to a spectrum of internal and external audiences, making technical concepts easy to understand

Self-starter who excels in a dynamic, faced-paced environment

Undergraduate or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or Computer Science, is preferred

Experience as a product management role is a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Macro understanding of big data / internet of things / business intelligence preferred

Market research experience through customer interviews, reports, surveys, and/or custom market research
