We are currently seeking to hire a Product Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, budgets, and promotional campaigns for multiple product/service lines while ensuring proper brand image across all marketing/promotion communications.

Generate and manage all marketing plans, project briefs, and programs for multiple product/service line marketing, including but not limited to collateral and promotional materials, sales tools, electronic communications, advertising, cross-promotional opportunities, website, video, exhibits, PR, social media, and any other delivery channels.
Create, write, edit, and produce compelling product positioning and messaging (product/service benefits) including value propositions that differentiate NACE products/services in the marketplace.
Develop and manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Review and analyze marketing campaigns, through response rate, sales, and tracking information to ensure the most cost-effective marketing efforts are being implemented and/or modifying strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Develop distinct customer segmentation profiles, including purchasing behavior, product interest(s), professional focus, demographic information, and monitor the activity of the segments, making adjustments to promotional strategies as customers respond to promotional campaigns.
Partner with product owners to survey, measure, and analyze customer needs and satisfaction, to create improved marketing tactics and plans.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of competition for multiple product/service lines.
Act as a project manager for respective business lines for items being delivered or created by creative services, public relations, and web teams, to ensure proper messaging and campaign success.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related communications field.
Five to seven years’ experience developing, managing, budgeting, and successfully executing multiple product line marketing plans.
Events Experiences is highly desirable.
10% travel is expected for this role and passport.
