Project Manager [JRP-03013]

We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager. In this role, you will be the hub of all activity in the company. Ultimately, you run the show. You are the glue that holds account service and all creative/development teams together. From project kickoff to completion, you mastermind and drive schedules, keep a close eye on budgets and help both account service and creative teams work together to get things done.


Work with Brand Strategist and Brand Manager to scope projects and detailed develop schedules

Work with Creative Director to assign projects to creative team helping to monitor and manage capacity

Initiate and manage all projects according to processes and procedures defined by agency management system

Track projects as they move through the company, maintaining detailed records and ensuring that steps in the process are followed and all approvals are obtained

Ensure that all team members have the information and resources they need to get the job done

Collaborate with Brand Manager to follow client status and update schedules/project plans as required

Communicate and drive schedules to ensure projects are on time and within budget


Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain consensus on schedules and workflow

Managing multiple projects, priorities and personalities

Addressing conflicting priorities quickly and managing to successful resolution

Maintaining a strong attention to detail

Thinking through and solving problems

Understanding process and procedures to ensure everyone is doing what they need to be doing at the right time in the right order

Supervising vendors for adherence to budgets, timing and quality

Providing thorough reports to team members on status and needs

Paying attention to detail

5+ years project management experience in an agency or marketing services environment

Bachelor’s degree

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-pace environment

Experience with Workamajig or other agency management system is preferred
