Certified Group is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager. In this role, you will help drive smooth collaboration between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. In addition, you will be highly organized, keep projects moving smoothly on a day-to-day basis, and ensure successful delivery of projects against deadlines. You will also be proactive and creative with a strong project management background. While not leading strategy or creative development, this role is critical to the execution of key marketing plans. You will collaborate closely and communicate with internal teams, partners, agencies and internal departments to ensure that all key stakeholders have the information, assets, and approvals they need to execute. You also will ensure brand assets are created to required specifications, checked for quality, routed, and delivered to internal and external partners/teams. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, collaborative, and team-focused will be crucial to success in this role. You must have exceptional creative project management, process, and people management skills. The selected candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.


Guide the marketing strategy of Certified Group with an adherence to larger brand position and priorities of the organization

Work on the rebranding of our organization

Work collaboratively with departments to identify marketing materials and messages to meet goals

Create easily digestible, organized project plans and trackers, then keep them updated on a rolling basis

Deliver all work on time— or work with clients and internal team members to negotiate new deadlines

Help drive market growth of new and existing customers

Work with existing clients to provide a consistent level of service and accountability

Work closely with entire team to ensure projects are completed as conceived and on deadline

Ensure final products are on-brand and meet quality expectations

Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and competitor’s marketing activities


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred

At least 5 years of related work experience in B2B marketing

Knowledge and understanding of current marketing trends

Prior management experience

Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills

Dedicated team player with high moral standards and strong work ethic

Excellent social and relationship-building skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams

Able to work in a remote role with occasional travel up to 10%
