Energy Rental Solutions (ERS-CAT) is currently seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Analyst. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to increase sales and revenue. You will run competitive analysis on data provided by sales representatives, conduct forecasting and make recommendations on how the sales and other teams should move forward. The selected candidate will also support both traditional and digital marketing efforts.


Evaluates sales data, provided by representatives and the organization as a whole; adjusts data by changing business and market conditions and target customers

Analyzes data, makes recommendations and comments, and presents to Sales leadership team for business planning and product development

Works with the outside sales team on identifying new markets or expanding our customer base

Researches existing customers as well as potential customers that will use our products

Regularly reviews sales databases, adding or maintaining new data as available

Assist new customers with creating accounts as well as creating MSA’s with potential clients

Qualifying any new leads

Attends regional sales meetings, contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives

Supports digital and traditional marketing activities

Develops marketing content

Performs other duties as assigned


Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compile information into unified reports

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
