The New Energies group- Mass Markets is currently seeking to hire a Senior Manager of Demand Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for customer acquisition via all online channels supporting retail mass markets working to amplify the brand through best in class sales acquisition initiatives. You will also support customer retention efforts to support loyalty driving initiatives. The selected candidate will be, creative, analytical, and practical with a relentless drive to optimize campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day running of all of the paid channels including Display, YouTube advertising, Affiliate Window, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

Manage Paid Social campaigns in house, including briefing, uploading campaigns, testing, publishing, and ongoing optimization

Day to day management of all aspects of campaign development

Integrate an A/B testing strategy across channels

Implement best practices of on-site SEO to ensure rankings are stable and growing in key areas

Manage agencies to ensure development is on track; hold weekly meetings to ensure improvements and actions are to drive incremental sales, improve ROI and reflect latest trends in the industry

Own Editorial & Content’s technical SEO function including conducting regular SEO audits, site crawls, schema opportunities, and translating findings into business cases

Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs, and budget

Coordinate efforts with Shell marketing to ensure on-brand execution 

REQUIREMENTS:

Well-versed in multiple digital channels, demonstrating strong analytical skills

Experience in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet key objectives to deadlines and budget

Strong understanding of performance creative development 

Able to effectively manage content audits and provide specific recommendations for optimizing page performance

Experience monitoring metrics including rankings, content & backlink acquisition efficacy, SERP visibility, site health, and page speed performance

Bachelor’s degree

5 years of B2C marketing and/or advertising agency experience

5+ years of demonstrated leadership in branding, marketing and strategic partnership development

Highly creative and analytical, and have exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing data

Strong writing and editing skills

Able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Hands-on user of web analytics and tracking technologies including Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA360, etc. 

Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
