We are currently seeking to hire a proven, engaged, roll-up-your-sleeves Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team of dynamic professionals. In this role, you will devise and execute strategically aligned marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate a continuous flow of high-quality leads. The selected candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of senior specialist level experience delivering B2B marketing/lead generation programs and a demonstrated record of marketing success in a technology related arena.  Experience in the sale and promotion of Technology-driven services is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver strategically aligned marketing campaigns meeting: performance targets, quality requirements, schedules and budget (ensure brand and messaging consistency)

Provide marketing initiatives that integrate brand awareness, lead generation methods, SEO, automated tools, electronic/web/social media platforms, CRM and best practices

Create copy and messaging, which reflect Alitek’s voice/brand and engage the target audience: driving interest in becoming an Alitek client

Execute targeted, lead generation initiatives: creating a solid flow of high-quality leads integrated with CRM platform. Leverage best practices, digital platforms/tools/channels including social media, web, blogs, and video

Coordinate the activities of marketing partners, contractors and vendors

Monitor and report marketing ROI indicators, including: SEO, KPIs, performance-to-plan status (make recommendations for adjustments and improvements)

Collaborate with executives and colleagues to drive successful execution of marketing initiatives, support growth and organizational initiatives

Maintain knowledge of Alitek’s offerings, market trends, potential new market segments, technology developments, best practices, sales strategies, SEO and social media ROI

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of five (5) years B2B, (senior specialist level) marketing initiative delivery experience in an IT/Technology services, software platforms arena

Experience in IT technologies/professional services industry, is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field, is preferred. Combination of course work (college hours), specialized training and related expertise can be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to deliver effective marketing initiatives that reflect the company’s values/culture/vision and successfully increase brand awareness and demand

Experience in identifying the target market (audience) and tailoring initiatives to generate responses

Experience in the use of electronic/digital/social media channels, email, web/blog platforms, SEO, CRM, automated marketing tools and industry best-practices to deliver effective, multi-faceted marketing programs (examples: Hubspot, Marketo, Google, Eloqua, Pardot, SFDC, MS Dynamics, MailChimp)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives on-schedule, in-budget and meeting all quality/content requirements in a fluid, fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency

Expertise in creating copy; content; communications; messaging, which reflect Alitek’s voice/brand for application in web forums and platforms, social media, electronic communications, marketing channels and related formats

Experience working with external contractors, vendors, and agencies

Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues and management

Proven self-learner committed to life-long knowledge expansion and improvement

Effective articulate professional communicator with a persuasive, engaging demeanor/presence phone, on-line, virtual and in-person

Skilled in the use of all Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CRM and similar technologies
