An established advertising and digital marketing agency is seeking a Social Media Manager with agency experience to join our growing team in Houston. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate, edit, publish and share content daily on multiple social and digital platforms

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Monitor web traffic metrics

Collaborate with agency team members to ensure brand consistency.

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media account design (Facebook, profile pictures, blogs.)

Suggest and implement new features and new platforms

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.

Attend training seminars and conferences

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years’ experience in social media – preferably agency experience

Hands on experience in content management, online marketing and email marketing best practices

Excellent copywriting skills

Ability to develop creative content (text, image, video) with team members

Experience writing editorial calendars and managing social media with social media tools

Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills

Bachelor’s degree

Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends

Excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with others
