Our client, a healthcare organization in Houston, has an opportunity available for a Social Media Manager. An extensive background in the planning, buying, executing and subsequent evaluation of all social media channels that are relevant to drive the organization’s business KPIs with a strong focus on paid media as well as organic social media marketing is necessary for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use performance data to optimize campaigns and messaging / strategy to achieve KPIs.

Identify cultural and digital trends, conceptualize and execute content and paid media strategies

Manage and grow organic social capability

Work closely with the organization’s business line managers and the Marketing team to effectively create social campaign strategy

Manage and identify optimization opportunities for multiple business lines

Develop and implement the Clinic’s Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness as well as awareness of the organization’s medical services and specialties

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related area

8+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field

Experience with Salesforce Social Studio, SFMC, Sprinklr, Later, or similar social management tools

Management experience is strongly preferred
