We are currently seeking to hire a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will help identify, develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness, preference and leads for SCI brands, with a focus on Dignity Memorial. These initiatives will attract qualified web traffic to SCI brand websites, convert web traffic into prospects and leads, and facilitate ongoing engagement with site visitors to increase awareness and preference. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results in a digital marketing environment.
Generate qualified Web traffic, prospects, and leads
Develop, execute and optimize effective and efficient digital marketing programs; tactics may include but are not limited to SEO, PPC, online display, mobile, social, content marketing, directories and partnerships
Manage agencies with multi-million dollar advertising budgets to drive leads, engagement and awareness
Oversee content marketing competency, including social media, to drive leads and engagement through paid, earned and owned channels
Convert through a data-driven approach, balancing volume and efficiency
Manage backlog of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and UX testing opportunities to improve performance
Identify and execute campaign optimizations in paid, owned and earned digital media
Partner with product management and technology teams to design, write requirements, develop and QA web bugs and enhancements impacting performance
Lead a team of 3 specialists in digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing, plus external agency partners, consultants, and writers
Work closely with sales, brand, email and field marketing teams
Act as subject matter expert for digital demand generation for the company
Ensure programs are executed in strict conformance with legal, compliance and risk management guidelines
Develop and implement processes to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Keep current with emerging web and marketing technologies and best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, MIS, Computer Science or related field
Minimum five (5) years’ digital marketing experience with increasing responsibility for campaign performance; seven (7) years is preferred
Mastery of digital marketing tools including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and SEO software (certifications in these tools or related tools is a plus)
Experience in developing direct response and branding digital marketing initiatives in large organizations, with experience at multi-location businesses a plus.
Strong business and analytical acumen; quick to recognize trends and revenue opportunities
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written across all organizational levels
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience with generating support from multiple and diverse stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
Ability to successfully project manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities
