Legacy Community Health, the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Southeast, has opened a new position, Sr. Marketing, Internal Communications Manager as part of our innovative and passionate team of marketers. The position has been added due to growth of our organization, and offers a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive skill set and expertise in both health care marketing and internal communications. The selected candidate will report to the VP, Marketing and support the ongoing development and implementation of Legacy’s Marketing and Internal Communications department efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to the VP, Marketing and Director of Internal Communications, and overall Marketing Team

Manage marketing and internal communications projects as assigned

Organize and coordinate brand management initiatives at every level of the organization

Provide assistance in developing and coordinating company marketing and internal communications materials for presentations, internal and external websites, and internal and public displays

Assist in the development/management of print and web messaging, content, graphics and materials (e-communications, website content, signage, handouts, posters/signage and brochures, etc.) updated through brand identity requirements

Develop creative ways to promote the company sites and service lines, and contribute ideas to the creation of new marketing and internal communications materials and campaigns

Monitor internal and external campaigns and initiatives (e-campaigns, website content, print, and Internet coverage, and incorporate updates as needed

Analyze data and create reports on internal communications website traffic and digital campaigns, utilizing Google Analytics or other tracking software

Maintain and organize Internal Communications resource library, including campaigns, video archives, and special events

Draft responses to general inquiries and Internal Communications inbox

Assist staff with the planning and implementation for special meetings and/or event

Maintain archives and inventory of all Internal Communications templates and marketing materials, and help to communicate their availability within the organization

Aid in the creation, coordination, and distribution of internal newsletters, providing editorial and production design services as needed
