Do you enjoy the process of researching, investigating, interviewing, capturing, and translating technical topics and work products into a more easily consumed, written information? If so, Certified Group is currently seeking to hire a Technical Content Writer that will excel in this area and work across the Marketing department to deliver content for white papers, case studies, articles, PowerPoint presentation, ads, etc.


Work with others including Marketing department, technical contributors, business development managers, and company leadership to set the content strategy

Lead the research, investigation, and production of persuasive technical content

Interview subject matter experts – internal and external

Create and manage the communication process, schedule, and tasks across multi-disciplinary teams

Pinpointing where graphic information will best express the concept and working with our graphic designer to create the visual and insert into documents or presentations

Review, edit and proofread content from others

Other duties as assigned


Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Creative and critical thinker and writer

Excellent communicator

Able to work effectively across diverse teams of managers, scientists, business developers, marketers, internal and external clients

Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams

Able to work in a remote role with occasional travel up to 10%
