Tradeshow Events Manager [JRP-02161]

TriStar Global Energy Solutions is currently seeking to hire a Tradeshow Events Manager. In this role, you will manage the strategy and planning of tradeshows. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing meetings and special events of various sizes. You will plan the logistics and negotiate contract(s) for tradeshows, and/or events, with respect to budgets, speakers, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, logistical requirements, printing, food and beverage, and other related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop effective marketing materials; advertisements, brochures, white papers, multimedia and promotional items.

Analyzes all aspects of tradeshow

Performs market research, forecasts market trends and identifies new marketing opportunities.

Support sales staff and management by providing custom product information, presentations, promotional items, etc.

Collect, review, and work with sales and operations to create and distribute project related reports (case studies) to customers and internal users.

Promote teaching and maintaining brand standards both internally and externally.

Perform research on competitive products and services by identifying and evaluating product and service characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Oversee and execute Tradeshow coordination.

Analyzes all aspects of corporate events

Maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offerings

Plans and monitors budgets, adjusts when necessary, and ensures they are followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

6-8 years of experience in marketing demonstrating breadth of work

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with web design best practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to maintain workload in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

Committed to company goals and priorities

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

College degree in Business, Communications or Marketing equivalent
