We are currently seeking to hire a Corporate Brand, Advertising and Marketing Advisor. In this role, you will contribute to the direction and day-to-day activities associated with ExxonMobil’s corporate brand, advertising and marketing initiatives. You will serve as a lead to our creative and strategy agency partners and as manager for paid advertising campaigns and will play a significant role in strategic campaign development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manager of planning and implementation of high-value, upper-funnel brand ad creative campaigns; and fulfilment of paid media plan deliverables
  • Provide corporate brand and marketing support for global and internal communications teams in applying brand creative, messaging and marketing best practices to their marketing plans
  • Lead collaborator with our IAT partners to ensure advertising creative and messaging aligns to corporate and campaign strategies, and is optimized for performance/relevance by channel
  • Work with integrated communications and business line stakeholders to ensure support for on-going key priorities and communications strategies (meaningful exposure to key EM senior leadership)
  • Proactively contribute to the internal development of the corporate brand marketing function within P&GA and establishing best practices and framework for future growth.
  • Serve as a critical lead for all internal Corp brand governance work (processes and tools) and communications
  • Stay up to date with current trends/developments in brand advertising and generates new ideas
  • Play a key role in our P&GA mission to redefine and modernize our overall marketing approach
  • Model our P&GA and EM culture, set the pace for brand and marketing expertise

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s in marketing, advertising, digital or multimedia, communications or strategy is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for creative design; ability to manage large, complex/multi-layer, quick-turn projects
  • Experience working in a paid media and advertising support function, brand manager, etc. in-house or from within a creative or media agency environment
  • Knowledge of digital analytics reporting
  • Work on tight deadlines and within the real time, fast-paced environment of digital and social communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and communications in B2B space
  • Familiarity and interest in issues related to energy, the environment, sustainability, corporate citizenship, and government relations
  • Experience in corporate/enterprise level brand marketing at a Fortune 50 or 100 company is preferred
