We are currently seeking to hire a Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Service Management. In this role, you will conduct customer research, define, and deliver capabilities to enterprises and organizations. A key focus area is applying generative AI to transform solutions in this space. You will work across multiple teams in the company to ensure that we have a competitive product strategy and a plan to deliver releases four times a year. Each day, you will work with an engineering team, designers, marketers, and sales to build and deliver products that people and companies love. You will be charged with delivering and driving adoption of world-class cloud applications. You love making products that delight customers. The selected candidate will understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. Saying “no” is as important as adding new features.

The estimated salary range for this role is $149,400 – $249,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver detailed product requirements for new and existing products based on subject matter expertise and deep understanding of the market from working closely with customers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Interact with the Product Development organization to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop business cases for new product development and product enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and champion new product opportunities. Manage the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives.
  • Properly segment the market and create specific product strategies and tactics to address each segment’s needs and requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market assessment for establishing go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain a multi-year product strategy and establishes roadmaps for new products or product enhancements, including, developing new offerings, expanding on existing solutions, and leveraging existing products to build platform-based solutions.
  • Communicate product status and roadmap evolution to senior and executive management.
  • Build effective relationships with sales, customers, partners, and internal departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 12+ years Product Management experience working with a software engineering development team.
  • Experience in applying generative AI in enterprise applications.
  • History of delivering cloud applications and platform solutions.
  • Experience documenting user stories, requirements. and design.
  • Experience working with UX teams designing features.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross functional, global teams.
  • Understand customer workflow, as it relates to the relevant products, at a very deep level to translate market requirements to Product Development and the value proposition to downstream functions (marketing, sales, operations).
  • Experience in the Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management space is a plus
  • HR Service Management, Facility Management, or other Enterprise Service Management areas is a plus
  • Experience in IT Service Management is a plus
