We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Digital Content and Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will consistently exhibit strategic thinking with ease and proficiency; navigate gray areas well; adapt to client personalities; delegate well to team members; and possesses a breadth and depth of experience that translate into strong strategy guidance for the client. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to see various aspects and needs of the client’s account, and the interdependencies among them. The selected candidate will exhibit strategic thinking; drive work forward; lead effective meetings; and serve as a trusted advisor to the client.


  • Implement all assigned client work with initiative and little supervision, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Participate in and contribute meaningfully to the creation of strategic plans with particular input into areas of digital and social media
  • Serve as a resource to other team members on areas of digital and social media as needed and in team planning sessions
  • Develop insights and design a social media content strategy based on social data performance to make improvements
  • Plan and draft social media content in the cross-platform editorial calendar or delegate implementation to team members as appropriate
  • Research and manage project-specific or long-term relationships with influencers on behalf of clients
  • Create the agreements between the client and influencers based on campaign objectives and desired outcomes
  • Manage the execution of deliverables between both parties in the influencer/client partnership
  • Design event concepts to draw influencer interest in a client brand, exhibit, program and/or initiative
  • Conduct website audits and develop comprehensive interpretation and recommendations
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of website, digital and social media metrics, and manage reporting standards


  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital content, specifically web, social media, and influencer strategy and execution
  • Thorough understanding of and proficiency in the areas of digital and social media, which translates across client accounts
  • Possess a thorough understanding of both paid and organic social media marketing strategy and implementation in support of a client’s brand, or in a specific campaign or promotion
  • Understanding of social media trends, metrics, and relevant benchmarks, and knows how to analyze social media data to tell a story
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior agency experience is preferred
