Our client is currently seeking to hire a Technical Sales Specialist. In this role, you will support sales goals through effective sales strategies, relationship building and exceptional customer service. You will support co-workers as needed to maintain the highest level of customer service possible. In addition, you will share responsibility for incoming calls, e-mails, facsimile and overall customer service and order processing. The selected candidate will deliver the highest level of customer service possible, achieving this through self-motivation and self-management by performing the following duties.
- Ability to multi-task overall company support while supporting own sales needs which includes stocking and filling orders when applicable
- Able to manage a book of clients and can cultivate existing accounts while expanding on business development and selling multiple product line
- Versed in warehouse management initially for training purposes, customer support and to enhance overall product line familiarity
- Able to learn product line, help facilitate client technical questions and fulfill high priority orders
- 2+ years of experience in sales required selling tangible products, and customer service management
- Possess exceptional attention to detail as well as an understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Strong phone personality skills and ability to assimilate into any environment, adaptability
- Self-motivation to call many customers a day to establish and/or grow relationships
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
