We are currently seeking to hire a Communications and Employee Engagement Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization. You will provide valuable analysis and advice to management across various domains and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective business planning. The selected candidate will formulate highly complex statistical and financial models for forecasting and define KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead complex data and business analysis to develop business plans, and identify recommendations and insights
  • Work independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance (coach others on model development)
  • Establish the metrics required to measure business performance, and develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
  • Manage complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepare synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities
  • Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations
  • Partner with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities
  • Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns
  • Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and technical expertise in areas such as business planning, operational management, and financial analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
