AMA Houston is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented marketer to serve as a Website Support.
This key volunteer role supports our mission by keeping our website current and relevant to the professional marketing community.
Responsibilities
- Make regular updates to the AMA Houston website, including adding events, updating existing content, images, etc.
- Work alongside our website agency partner to identify potential issues with the site and communicate those issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the AMA Marketing & Communications team to ensure you have the most current information when making updates.
- Ensure you are following best and next practices when managing the website.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of WordPress or a strong desire to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and an impeccable level of detail.
- Ability to work independently while communicating with AMA leadership and our agency partner via email and Slack.
