Every big project requires a major investment to get off the ground. Unfortunately, most big projects flop with customers. Too many teams waste time, money, and opportunity because they follow the wrong strategy and lose sight of what really matters: Do people want what you’re making? Does your solution click with customers?

The secret to making products that people love is to start with a “Founding Hypothesis”: a simple sentence describing your promise to customers. We’ll explore how to make complex decisions without political cage fights, how to develop a plan in hours instead of months, how to create radical differentiation that gets customers truly excited about your solution, and how to run rapid experiments to prove or adjust your hypothesis until you find what clicks.

In this talk, drawing from his book CLICK and his experience helping hundreds of teams design and launch new products, Jake Knapp offers a clear framework for starting big projects fast and finding product-market fit.
