Speaker: Amal Agha, Senior Director of Corporate Brand Marketing, Phillips 66
Amal is a creative brand strategist and visual director with a demonstrated history in the energy industry. She specializes in corporate brand identity and art direction, overseeing the brand reputation of Phillips 66. Amal has 17 years of combined agency and in-house marketing and communications experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
During her seven years at Phillips 66, Amal quickly moved up the ranks, starting as a senior graphic designer and progressing to roles including creative lead and ultimately creative director. She played a pivotal role in initiating and executing the corporate rebrand of Phillips 66, as well as in procuring and maintaining the company’s digital asset management system.
Currently serving as the senior director of Corporate Brand Marketing, Amal manages the in-house creatives and sits on both the Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing leadership teams. She is a strategic partner to various departments including Investor Relations, HR, I&D, Social Impact, and Sustainability & ESG, ensuring a cohesive corporate brand narrative across social media, websites, sponsorships, executive communications, annual reports and branding campaigns.
