We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing effective customer service internally and externally. You will use your in-depth knowledge of company locations and departments to answer inquiries, maintain customer loyalty, and resolve complaints.


  • One year of prior customer service experience
  • Ability to perform as a team member
  • Proficient with computers and software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Database programs
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals
  • Able to handle “difficult customers” on the phone
  • Some knowledge of dispute resolution tactics
  • Excellent listening skills
