D-Tech Rotary Steerable Solutions is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, strategizing, and managing all content being posted on social media. In addition, you will help with managing physical and virtual events. The selected candidate will also be responsible for developing strategies to build awareness and position our brand in the North American market as well as the international market. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and implement marketing plans to include print, broadcast, industry events and online content
  • Create branded advertising campaigns and support the sales teams by coordinating and collating content
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
  • Work with vendors to negotiate and coordinate timely execution of projects for events, signage, websites, etc.
  • Write and design content for online and offline materials, such as data sheets, customer case studies, white papers, surveys, webinar scripts
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms
  • Brainstorm and plan events that lead to increased business and creating engaging customer experiences
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within physical constraints of the job

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Successful track record developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent and have self-initiative to start and complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to liaise professionally with team members, and customers, current or potential
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fluid environment, bearing high levels of responsibility and accountability while keeping the best interests of the business in sight
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver quality reports, able to prioritize, and work independently with little supervision or as a team
  • Ability to learn, to process thoughts and apply knowledge, to analyze and reason, and to evaluate and make appropriate decisions to achieve business goals and solve problems with a certain degree of creativity and latitude
  • Ability to maintain the highest standard of personal conduct in performing all duties and the ability to work well with all levels of employees or customers while being service oriented and having a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in the English Language fluently
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in business writing
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and know how to operate basic office equipment, such as a keyboard, mouse, and copier/printer/scanning machine
  • Flexibility to adjust to work routines, as required, to meet the needs of the company
